Dates: 16 Jun to 14-Jul (4 weeks)

Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri (30-40 minutes per session)

Time slot: 7:30pm IST

Format: Online on Zoom

Level: Some experience with yoga asana is required

(regular asana practice is preferred)
